Hold TTG
Holding TTG lets you join protocol governance (proposals and votes, when enabled). 55% of each country’s order net profit enters the global project treasury, which pays operations and security first; only the remainder may be allocated to eligible TTG holders after a governance proposal. A position is a governance right, not an automatic dividend, and no return is guaranteed.
Apply as region steward
A region steward is a builder and governance seat: review and self-stake are required. Platform fees from travel that already happened in that country split 45% to the steward’s registered wallet and 55% to the project pool (negotiable with the team and community; reconfigurable by governance proposal). With no seated steward, 100% goes to the pool. A 300,000 USDC access fee funds the founding team’s start-up costs — protocol development, security and infrastructure, early operations, and payroll — and is separate from the TTG stake. Obtaining TTG does not make you a steward or grant that split. Amounts depend on actual sales — not a floor.
